Because this is a rewards-based redemption platform, returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged item
- An incorrect reward
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item or reissue credits if appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom items
- Items redeemed correctly and delivered as described
Refunds & Credit Reinstatement
- Approved issues may result in replacement or credit reinstatement
- Credits are not redeemable for cash
- Processing times vary based on fulfillment status
